The RCNA Teams with Silver Birch Hospitality to offer Hotel Discounts to Members.
The Royal Canadian Numismatic Association has teamed with Silver Birch Hospitality to offer discounts to members on hotel bookings throughout Canada from November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009.
With over twenty-five hotels in twenty-two Canadian cities and resorts covering most provinces, Silver Birch hotels are primarily mid-market to upscale full-service hotels.
Members of The Royal Canadian Numismatic Association will be able to access the Silver Birch Hospitality preferred hotel rates through a customized reservations website at www.greatcanadianhotels.com/CNA. This link provides the hotel locations, available room categories, rate and a reservation option enabling all members online real time bookings. The RCNA rates appear and ensure the accuracy of all presented information. The same rates will be available by calling the central reservation line 1-888-4CANADA or by calling the hotels directly and asking for the CNA rate.
RCNA members are entitled to any specials or discounted rates that are featured on the website www.greatcanadianhotels.com website. All rates are net of commission. These rates are available throughout the next year with the exception of a few pre-determined blackout rates. This agreement with Silver Birch Hospitality was passed and approved at the C.N.A. executive meeting that took place during the 2008 convention in Ottawa, Ontario. The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ottawa and the Delta Edmonton South, site of the 2009 RCNA convention are associated hotels with Silver Birch Hospitality.
This is a great opportunity for RCNA members to save money when staying at hotels in Canada that are affiliated with Silver Birch Hospitality. It is also another benefit of membership in The Royal Canadian Numismatic Association.
